An organizational weapon in the struggle for Ukraine's independence

In the monograph " Theory and practice of the study of the interaction of educational space subjects in the paradigm of genetic psychology " in the second chapter " NeuroSTEM. Implementation of Bohdan Tkach's person-centered neuropedagogy (2014) in STEM education » the crisis of modern science in the formation of the country's creative elites is revealed; a fundamentally new comprehensive solution to this problem is proposed thanks to NeuroSTEM based on Bohdan Tkach's neuropedagogy; also presented the development of the Scientific and Practical Center of Neuropsychology and Psychosomatics at Deva Clinic for the study of the metacognitive sphere " Neuropersonalological test of Tkach-Lunyev-Mosiychuk " .

Therefore, the crisis of modern science in the formation of the creative elites of Ukraine consists in the total ignoring of the achievements of neuropsychology in understanding the importance of the metacognitive sphere of the psyche, for which the frontal cortex is responsible - the "organ of civilization" according to O. Luria. The metacognitive sphere is involved in prescriptive / prescriptive knowledge, that is, knowledge not about how the world really is (a descriptive system of knowledge for which the cognitive sphere is responsible; the temporal cortex of the brain), but what this world should be, namely: create a happy model of your future, develop an algorithm for the implementation of this plan, current control of its implementation, correction in its circumstances. This is subject-centric knowledge.

The reason for ignoring neuropsychology in domestic science is the legacy of the colonial past in the USSR. Instead, our existential enemy, on the contrary, has an imperial worldview and actively uses the achievements in the development of the metacognitive sphere of the elites. Therefore, we as a whole nation need to change our neuropersonal profile - change the discourse of the colony (object of influence) to the discourse of a self-sufficient state (subject of action).

At the moment, the most optimal is STEM education (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics), which teaches to creatively find new technical solutions while studying. However, the disadvantage is that STEM education develops very well the anterior cingulate cortex of the brain, which is responsible for the ability to innovate and manage complex processes unfolding over time.

This is good, but there are other areas of the brain involved in the metacognitive sphere: dosolateral (responsible for creativity), orbito-frontal (responsible for managerial abilities), ventromedial (responsible for conscience). It is the development of these areas that gives an advantage in the competitive world. This prompted to fill STEM education with knowledge of Bohdan Tkach's neuropedagogy.

Actually, the Scientific and Practical Center of Neuropsychology and Psychosomatics at the Deva Clinic has created such a tool for this purpose - "Neuropersonalological test of Tkach-Lunyev-Mosiychuk" . This test not only allows you to check what exactly NeuroSTEM is developing in education, but also allows you to form teams to perform specific tasks. Let's briefly consider the functional state of the front part of the cerebral cortex.

Brain structures are associated with eight neuropersonal types.

1. Yellow – dorsolateral part of the prefrontal cortex;

2. In blue - the orbito-frontal part of the prefrontal cortex of the brain;

3. Green – the ventromedial part of the prefrontal cortex of the brain;

4. In red is the anterior cingulate cortex of the brain.

People with functional strengthening of the dorsolateral part of the prefrontal cortex the brain is:

• original,

• bright,

• talented,

• creative,

• intellectual,

• stable in their worldview beliefs,

• with internal locus control,

• with good aesthetic taste.

This neuropersonal type fills the world with spiritual heritage and changes paradigms in society. Their solutions are full of humanism and innovation. Society controls them a lot and treats them in two ways: it admires them and hatefully destroys them. They are best suited as managers in the field of art and science. Often they ignore safety rules to discover something new in the properties of mechanisms or production process, etc. This is how they make discoveries.

For persons with manifestations weakening of the dorsolateral part of the prefrontal cortex of the brain characteristic is:

• weak willed

• conformism,

• suggestiveness,

• heritability,

• simplicity,

• naivety,

• reduced attention

They work not for themselves, but for someone else, they help realize other people's dreams, not their own, they do not create their own model of the world, but use the one created by mytho-designers. Extremely pronounced conformism in relation to others and society. These individuals are like "plasticine", their behavior is easy to adjust, but the effect is short-lived if the environment changes. They follow safety rules and other regulations very well. Almost everything is done with the approval of others.

People with functional strengthening of the orbito-frontal part of the prefrontal cortex the brain is:

• highly organized,

• intellectuals,

• with management talent,

• virtuous,

• moral,

• balanced,

• with internal locus control.

Society in difficult periods of existence is favorable to them, and in stable conditions it treats them with contempt and envy. They are best suited for crisis management and managing large groups of people. These are born security leaders and not only that.

For individuals with manifestations of weakening of the orbito-frontal part of the prefrontal cortex of the brain characteristic is:

• infantility;

• impulsiveness;

• emotional lability;

• hedonistic motivation;

• moral agnosia;

• moral apraxia;

• search activity;

• risk appetite.

Mostly, these people first act, and then maybe think about what they have done. However, the large number of attempts and the ease of breaking the rules gives them an advantage in some respects. It is in this way that many discoveries and many injuries occur in the workplace.

People with functional strengthening of the ventromedial part of the prefrontal cortex the brain is:

• empathic,

• intellectual,

• good-natured,

• prosocial,

• honest,

• generous

It is very difficult for such a neuropsychological type in a society of corrupt people. If they have not created their own microcosm, they will face maladjustment and despair in life. Managers of this type are best suited for managing funds, because they really do not steal, but are fascinated by the process of creation.

For persons with manifestations of weakening of the ventromedial part of the prefrontal cortex of the brain characteristic is:

• charisma,

• lack of conscience

• lack of empathy

• good intellectual abilities.

Advanced intelligence makes it possible to exploit, manipulate and parasitize others. The lack of shame, duty and responsibility makes it easy to go beyond morality. This is the most successful type in a hierarchical society.

People from functional strengthening of the anterior cingulate cortex of the brain is:

• highly intelligent,

• with high modeling ability,

• and high prognostic ability.

They are best suited to managing large-scale processes spread over time.

For persons with manifestations of weakening of the anterior cingulate cortex of the brain , is characterized by:

• rigidity,

• getting stuck in a certain activity

• prognostic failure,

• intellectual weakness,

• conservatism.

This type is very hostile to innovation and is best suited to maintaining traditions and supervising other people.
