How to make pizza dough - recipe
The secret to the success of a delicious pizza lies in the properly prepared dough. A thin, crunchy base is ideal. Traditionally , Italian pizza is prepared on steamless yeast dough. In fact, it is prepared very simply and quickly, it is almost impossible to make a mistake.
We offer a dough option that is enough for three pizzas at once. If you plan to make only one or two, then the rest of the dough can be frozen in the freezer and thawed as needed.
For the dough, prepare:
Wheat flour - 3 cups;
Dry yeast - 7 g;
Olive oil - 1 tablespoon;
Salt, sugar - half a teaspoon each;
Water - 2 glasses;
Preparation:
The water needs to be heated a little so that it is warm, but not hot.
It is necessary to stir the yeast in it, add oil, salt and sugar and mix well.
Gradually start adding sifted flour, knead the dough.
Now you need to send the dough to the refrigerator and wait an hour for it to rest. After that you can cook pizza!

Mushrooms - 100 g;

Onion - half of 1 pc.;
Olives - 75 g;
Hard cheese - 150 g;
